1. Services Provided
Your Senior Leads Inc. provides home care operations software as a service (SaaS) and information regarding home care operations strategies in the home care industry. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or legal advice.
2. SMS and Mobile Messaging (A2P Compliance)
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages via our website forms, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Your Senior Leads Inc.
Usage: Messages may include promotional alerts, account security codes (2FA), service updates, and support-related communications.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
3. Age Restriction and Eligibility By using this Website and its associated services, including signing up for SMS or email communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the associated subscription immediately.

Mobile Data Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
