1. Account Requirements

Each business or franchise must maintain its own unique account.

You are responsible for the activity in your account and must keep credentials confidential.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and removing users who no longer require access.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on an annual basis unless canceled before the annual renewal date.

Users can manage or cancel their plan at any time within the application.

No refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Send spam, malicious content, or unauthorized messages.

Abuse the system or disrupt its performance.

Use the platform for any illegal or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Platform Dependence and Downtime

Our service relies on third-party software infrastructure. While we strive to maintain uptime and performance, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to external platform changes or outages.

We will provide reasonable notice of any known disruptions and work to restore access promptly.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any part of the Service at our discretion. In such cases, we will:

Offer users a chance to export data.

Issue prorated refunds only in the case of permanent service shutdown.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of revenue or business from service interruptions.

Errors caused by improper setup or user misuse.

Third-party actions beyond our control.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
